    • Cornflower:An attractive hardy cottage staple also known as ‘Batchelors Button’ the Cornflower will produce an abundance of double, sky-blue flowers during the growing season.
    • Nasturtium: A mildly peppery tasting plant, the ‘Salmon Baby’ variety is a spectacular pop of colour variety of Nasturtium that thrives in full sun. Nutrient packed nasturtium flowers are a great source of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium alongside zinc, copper, and iron. A delightful addition to salads and flowerbeds alike.
    • Pansy: The Swiss Giant White Lady Pansy is one of the most admired flowers from the Pansy family. The pansies provide a stunning visual delight in containers and pots.  In addition, it makes for a lovely flower to preserve using the flower press where you can see the intricate details of the petals ideal for using for baking decoration and in art and craft projects.
    • Viola: Viola ‘Helens Mount Johnny Jump Up’ Is the original and most well-known variety of Viola featuring eye-catching tricolour of yellow, purple and white petals. These plants are relatives of the Pansy family and are also known as wild pansies. These are stunning to preserve in a flower press in addition to being edible.
