Jonathan is a keen fermenter, vinegar maker, and gut health enthusiast. His vinegar odyssey started in Burgundy in 2011 when he discovered the ancient art of turning fine wine into vinegar in a farmhouse kitchen. Since then, hobby transformed into a passion and now a business. Cult Vinegar has was launched in May 2017 as part of London Craft Week at Daylesford. Jonathan's Vinegar Vases and Cult Vinegars are now used by a range of illustrious chefs who all love the nuanced flavours that these artisanal vinegars bring to the plate. They literally add life to every mouthful.
