Helen Arvanitakis is a consultant into small and medium sized creative business needing help with business, not design. Her focus and expertise lies in strategy, profitability, process and people (structure and roles).
A large part of her experience comes from a 10 year stint at Tom Dixon, during which time the business grew from £3M annual turnover to £30M+, tripling territory cover, staff and product lines. Over this period Helen was the Managing Director of the design studio responsible for all product, interior, graphic and retail design. She also created a strategy and delivered the first phase of a product licensing business. She also set up the studio to sell other services including branding, opportunity analysis and pitching alongside clients seeking to raise funds. Typically these clients were in the HoReCa and retail sectors.
