WINNER ‘Progress toward circularity’ Marie Claire Sustainability Awards 2023

Rethinking 'waste' creatively

What we Do

Yodomo researches and develops new ways to tackle the global textile waste problem, applying circular systems thinking to damaging linear processes and implementing technologies to better track and trace materials in the supply chain.

We redistribute textile 'waste' materials diverted from the interior design and fashion industries, to our growing maker community of 2,000 members who reimagine materials into valuable new things.

Our social venture won the Marie Claire 'Progress toward circularity' award in 2023, and has been funded by UK Government, SHIFT Innovation and Mayor of London to develop its innovative work in the circular economy.

Yodomo operates from the Textile Reuse Hub in Fish Island, Hackney Wick, London.
