Paul has over 20 years of experience in business management and consultancy. Previous roles include Director at beeb.net, BBC Worldwide’s internet service provider, and Commercial Director for beeb.com.
In 2003 Paul joined the Library Sales team of BBC Worldwide as Sales & Marketing Director, later becoming Global Director with a team of 50 and sales approaching £13m.
In 2013 Paul worked closely with the BBC Worldwide Board in the appointment of Getty Images as BBC Motion Gallery’s new partner from 1 January 2014.
Since then Paul has worked with a number of companies of all shapes and sizes helping them realise the inherent value of their content through carefully considered curation, acquisition and commercialisation. Recent clients have included GSK, Brave Bison, English Tourism, Blend Media, Reuters and GrayMeta.
