Make a 'Panch Phoron' Bangladeshi spice blend with Dina Begum

In this short video course, British-Bangladeshi food writer and cook, Dina Begum, gives a short introduction to spices and teaches you how to make the traditional Panch Phoron, a fragrant, aromatic, five spice blend.
To make the spice blend, you'll need:
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
